About the role:
We’re looking for an experienced Paid Social practitioner to work with us here at Assembly, across a variety of clients from different business sectors. Working alongside a team of exceptional talent, you’ll be responsible for delivering successful campaign activation across Meta, X, Pinterest, LinkedIn and Snapchat. In this role you will take ownership of working to manage day-to-day paid social campaigns from initial brief, project planning, execution, billing, financial management, monthly campaign reviews and post campaign evaluation, to ensure we are meeting our client’s objectives and expectations.
Your mission, if you choose to accept it, will be
- Run comprehensive DPA retail campaigns and manage complex campaigns through social management platforms.
- Demonstrate an in-depth practical knowledge of Paid Social best practice, Optimisation Framework, Account Structure, Bidding Strategy, targeting types, and their application to campaigns to generate a high standard of delivery.
- Build paid social campaigns & strategies that are structured into clear frameworks focused on client’s business objectives & are built upon solid insight.
- Ensure that we execute and surpass our client requests and manage expectations effectively
- Support Account Directors and the Head of Department in developing investment-led strategies in paid social to help meet our client’s business objectives
- Actively seek creative and innovative media solutions
- Develop close working relationships with the other departments within Assembly to deliver an integrated service to clients
- Ensure clients are informed of Assembly’s sustainability offering and credentials
- Champion a sustainable approach to marketing across client work where applicable, and consider sustainability across campaign elements such as messaging and creative
What you’ll need to succeed
- 2-3 years of experience in Paid Social
- Expertise in managing senior client relationships on key accounts
- Proven experience in planning and activating paid social performance campaigns, working to conversion specific KPIs
- Practical knowledge of Meta, TikTok, Snapchat platforms
- Experience on global/multi-market client – agency-side (nice to have)
- Strong technical and data skills
- Fluent English
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication and literacy skills
