From the very beginning of his career, Kacper focused on digital channels. He started as a one-man army in a digital start-up that was later acquired by a network agency, at which point he became responsible for setting up global E-commerce structures and building digital & E-commerce business operations on a regional and local level.
Kacper has been managing teams in advertising agencies with a digital approach at heart for fifteen years.
He was responsible for digitizing one of Geneva’s and Moscow’s biggest global advertising network agencies between 2013 and 2017 and managed one of the agency’s biggest international accounts in healthcare as a global digital lead.
In 2019, Kacper Kłos took charge of Brand New Galaxy and since then has successfully managed one of the fastest-growing holding companies in marketing and technology.
Since 2019, Brand New Galaxy has gained new entities, increasing its marketing and technology competencies, expanding further into new geographies, and strengthening its physical presence. Kacper’s role is to scale the Galaxy. He merges business growth, expansion, competencies, and operations. Brand New Galaxy started in 2017 with a handful of people, and since 2020 it is 500+ talent strong. As one of his colleagues says, Kacper is a “mission-impossible guy” – he is comfortable in complex and challenging contexts of business, competencies, and operations.
Wiktoria boasts 20 years of managerial, HR, and business experience, having served as Chief Talent Officer, HR Director, Client Service Director, Operations Director, and Marketing Manager. She is a truly professional partner for various HR challenges.
Since 2017 as CEO of Man on the Moon, and CTO of BNG, she has been co-creating BNG Group from scratch, focusing on keeping the balance between interests of people and the business.
She previously served as the HR Director of the advertising agency Saatchi & Saatchi IS.
She has created and implemented HR solutions concerning recruitment, selection, adaptation, evaluation, training, and internal communication processes. Additionally, she has realized various projects, including numerous recruitment processes, on an unprecedented scale on the Polish market (200 hires in a year) and developed pioneer teams of specialists.
Acting as Chief Talent Officer in Publicis Communications, she was in charge of implementing standards, processes, and HR tools developed by the Group on the Polish market. She liaised with HR Departments and members of the boards of all the Agencies belonging to the Group.
She contributed to creating a workplace where 76% of employees claim they feel proud to work for, and 79% would recommend it as a good place to work.
She earned degrees from two universities: Poznań University of Economics and WSB Universities in Poznań.
Michał grew up in the 1990s and has been combining his digital & technological DNA with his humanistic nature ever since. First, he focused on online and integrated marketing before falling in love with E-commerce. Michał, an agency operations expert and global services architect, has had the unique opportunity to create and scale many innovative regional and global agency products, including several E-commerce hubs for top corporate clients in the past years. Between 2014 and 2017, he co-managed Saatchi & Saatchi IS, leading it to become the biggest, most innovative, and award-winning agency in Poland.
He is a co-founder of BNG and first CEO of Pathfinder 23 (2017-2020), an E-commerce agency that he helped grow from a 5-person start-up into an international agency of 250+ talents with a portfolio of global contracts, including Bayer, Coty, Procter & Gamble, 3M, and Lindt. He serves as Chief Growth Officer on the BNG Management Board and is responsible for scaling new geographies and capabilities.
A management and marketing specialist by education, as well as a psychologist, Michał dedicated his studies to the psychological aspects of team management and the mechanics of customer behavior in digital marketing.
Jakub is a true entrepreneur, passionate about the digital world, with over 20 years of experience creating and developing comprehensive digital solutions for clients like 3M, Bayer, Coca-Cola, Visa, Heineken, BP, Toyota, Volvo, Finlandia, Carrefour, Mars, Microsoft, Orange, and Visa.
He is a BNG Management Board member and Chief Operating Officer, supervising and supporting the holding’s digital and e-commerce agencies: Digital (Spacecamp, New Gravity, Life on Mars), E-commerce (Pathfinder 23, Synthrone, Voyager, Content26).
He works closely with his teams and clients on business transformation to bring complex digital solutions, including best-practice digital and data insights, to drive more effective dialogue with the end-user/customer. Jakub is constantly seeking new opportunities and know-how, particularly in E-commerce, eCRM, user experience, and digital demand generation tactics.
Previously, he worked for Publicis Group (Chief Digital Officer), Saatchi & Saatchi IS (EVP), Ogilvy & Mather (Chief Digital Officer), and K2 Internet. Jakub graduated from Informatics & Econometrics at the University of Łódź. He is a jury member of Effie and Media Trendy awards.
Tony is a driven, entrepreneurial E-commerce thinker with executive-level management experience, and a proven track record of successfully growing revenue while captaining core strategies, developing new services, and pioneering thought leadership in the ever-evolving, intersecting worlds of Amazon, E-commerce, content, and digital advertising. Since founding Content26 in 2004, he has worked with Amazon and other retailers, as well as over 600 brands across product categories. He has extensive experience in brand consultation, consumer search behavior, data-driven content and advertising models, opportunity identification, strategic planning, and execution at all levels of business.
Adil launched Brand New Galaxy MEA in October 2020, which was in the middle of the pandemic. It tells a lot about his charisma.

Before launching BNG in the Middle East, he was CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi MEA, driving growth (doubling the agency in 4 years), building a robust portfolio of clients, delivering great work, and creating a sense of pride in the workplace. Previously, he served as Managing Director of Y&R Dubai, where he built its global reputation for award-winning work and transformed it into a hothouse of great talent.

Adil is a father to a son, whom he has made it his life goal to teach new stuff, and a daughter that shares his passion for food, indulging him while running a growing dessert company.

Julia is an experienced digital marketing practitioner with over 15 years of experience in sales, marketing, and advertising. Julia has worked for a broad portfolio of top-tier global advertising accounts, designing communication and business strategies through ATL, digital and E-commerce for corporate clients like P&G and Duracell, for both emerging and developed markets.
Prior to joining BNG, Julia spent nine years in Saatchi & Saatchi (Publicis Groupe), most recently leading E-commerce client service operations for the agency. She managed international business relations and designed business model transformation and optimization principles, working with cross-functional teams from multiple geographies, including NA, MEA, APAC, and LATAM regions.
Zubair S Siddiqui has been involved in the media industry for over 24 years. Initially, he worked at Starcom MediaVest, then spent 18 years at UM MENA. For the last 10 years, he was Managing Director at UM MENA in Dubai, scaling up the media house with international and regional clients including Reckitt Benckiser, Coca-Cola, L’Oreal, to name a few. During his tenure, UM MENA Dubai won numerous accolades, such as Dubai Lynx Media Agency of the Year and Effie’s title of the Most Effective Media House.
In 2020, Alicja was appointed Managing Director of Spacecamp, a fast-growing global digital agency specializing in design experiences and helping brands connect with consumers. She has over 15 years of experience in the advertising industry. Previously, she worked for 180heartbeats, Jung von Matt, and MRM at McCann Erickson group.
Alicja manages a team of over 100 people in 7 units. Under her leadership, the company has expanded its reach into 35 markets, increasing its activities for regular customers. By adding a digital production unit to its structure, Spacecamp has been able to achieve a global scale.
She is comfortable in the more challenging contexts of digital business and competencies. Alicja is an extraordinarily efficient, result-oriented, and a proactive director. She is the type of leader that gives credit to a team for success.
As the director of content, Trinity Hartman oversees Content26 marketing, editorial, and content strategy. Trinity spent ten years building Content26 thought leadership around digital content, E-commerce, and Amazon. Before starting at Content26, Trinity spent six years in Europe as an editor for Germany’s international broadcaster Deutsche Welle, and also worked on the Central Editorial Team at German logistic company Deutsche Post. Additionally, she had a brief stint in Valencia, Spain, as part of a Fulbright journalism fellowship. Prior to her time in Europe, Trinity worked as a journalist in the United States.
Michał is a goal-oriented leader who focuses on delivering reliable tech solutions. A co-founder of New Gravity, he leads experts in Project Management, Software Solutions, and Business Intelligence. Moreover, he specializes in Digital Transformation, Order Management, and Fulfillment Solutions for Omnichannel.
Apart from these areas, he has successfully delivered solutions for data integration, E-commerce storefronts, and back-offices. During his 16-year-long career in Information Technology, he worked as Software Developer and Project Manager for Comarch, then as IT Director for IS. He worked for clients in telco, banking, insurance, and retail: PZU, PTC/T-Mobile, Visa, and Selgros, to name a few.
Since 2015 he has delivered and implemented mobile retail solutions and major back-office systems for Transgourmet, BNG’s client in Germany, Romania, Russia, and Poland.
Tomek has over 20 years of experience in advertising, communication, and brand sales support. He has been involved with advertising since the beginning of his career, having gained experience in GDP, Wide Open Interactive Agency and on the client-side – in Axel Springer Poland and Polsat TV.
Tomek co-headed a shopper marketing agency for the electronics market, later taking on the role of Strategic Manager at Interactive Solutions. His combined experience in digital and shopper areas has allowed Tomek to create a vision of brand services in the growing E-commerce sales channel. Tomek has worked for such brands as Braun, Gillette, Pampers, Oral B, Philips, Tide, 3M, Samsung, Microsoft, being present at 200 leading European and global E-retailers, including Amazon, Walmart, Boots, Ozon and Tesco, having delivered over 300 E-commerce toolkits & strategies. At Pathfinder 23, Tomek manages and develops Knowledge Hub, which consists of Business Intelligence & Data Engineering, Amazon Marketplaces & Strategy Teams, and all service teams, including Design, E-retail Operations, E-commerce digital assets delivery, and Transcreation.
Szymon is the Chief Growth Officer for E-commerce at Brand New Galaxy, being responsible for the growth across all E-commerce specialized agencies within the group. Szymon has been working for over 15 years in advertising at independent and network agencies like Saatchi & Saatchi.
Szymon started his advertising journey in Berlin, Germany, where he gained traditional ATL experience. Later, he was the Client Lead for P&G EMEA at Interactive Solutions, an independent digital agency, which was acquired by the Publicis Groupe. Then, he became the Global E-commerce Lead at Saatchi & Saatchi, cooperating globally and regionally with P&G offices in Cincinnati, Geneva, and Singapore.
After leaving the agency, Szymon co-founded Pathfinder 23 – one of the biggest E-commerce agencies in Europe and part of Brand New Galaxy – and has been leading client relations there with brands such as P&G, Coty and MARS.
Mark has over 15 years of experience in online content development and management. As a founding partner of Content26, he has been responsible for the company’s strategic partnerships and has overseen the development of services and processes since the company’s inception.
He has spoken widely at industry events, including the Cleveland Research Company E-commerce Forum, My Digital Shelf Online and Digital Grocery Summit, and Gilbane Digital Content Conference. He is a University of Washington Center for Sales and Marketing Strategy’s Executive Advisory Board member and lives in the Seattle area with his family.
Joanna heads the legal department of the BNG holding platform. She efficiently manages all legal processes of not only the holding itself but also its offices and entities.
Joanna boasts 20 years of international experience. Before joining BNG, she held the position of General Counsel at United Oilfield Services SA. She managed the legal department there, assisting in business activities of all units of the company, as well as creating and negotiating contracts with clients, advising on court disputes, and providing consultancy in the field of labor law.
At BNG, Agnieszka has been responsible for creating and developing a recruitment team, innovations, training in the area of acquiring talents, and building positive Candidate Experience. Today, she heads a seven-person team, recruiting over 250 people annually.
She gained her experience in executive search recruitment agencies, advising clients, among others, from the following sectors: FMCG, retail, pharma, and E-commerce. In 2017, she co-created a recruitment start-up (sister company of Accord Group). For nearly ten years, she has been recognizing and supporting the potential that lies in people, constantly being intrigued by each person’s uniqueness.
Having completed over 200 projects for clients and over 400 hirings from internal recruitment, she is also recognized on the market as a trusted career advisor and a certified coach by Grupa Trop, helping people connect the dots in their career goals and development.
Witold is a finance and investment executive, a Fellow Member of the ACCA, with over 14 years of experience – seven years in the Big4, and six managing financial and transactional aspects in Wento, a private equity investment sold to Equinor, one of the world’s largest energy groups. Before joining Brand New Galaxy, he held the CFO and Board member position between 2019 and 2021 at The Heart, a company developing new digital ventures in cooperation with large corporate clients.
Witold has deep knowledge and strong skills in financial management, including planning, controlling and reporting, cash flow management and financing. He is keen on working with and developing teams in dynamically changing and challenging environments.
Piotr is a business-oriented creative with 20 years of experience in advertising. He was the youngest Executive Creative Director at Saatchi & Saatchi network, where he led the biggest digital department worldwide, focusing on regional projects for brands like P&G, Visa, T-Mobile, and Microsoft. Piotr earned Agency of The Year titles three times in a row and won numerous awards, including Gold in Cannes Lions. Before joining BNG, he worked as Executive Creative Director in Wunderman-Thomson Dubai with brands like the Dubai Government, Unilever, Ford, and Land Rover.
Joanna is an economist by education, graduating from Warsaw University of Life Sciences, with postgraduate studies in Psychology of Personnel Management at the University of Warsaw. In 2020, she completed a Masters of Labor Law.
For 20 years, she has been working in the advertising industry, supporting management boards and administration. For 15 years, she has been developing her competencies in HR and payroll.
Asia, as her friends call her, has worked with BNG for over three years. She built the teams she manages from scratch, developing them along with the growth of the holding, ensuring smooth operation of processes and procedures. Currently, her primary responsibility is providing full HR and payroll services for all companies within the BNG group and their over 500 employees.
She is passionate about work and unafraid of challenges or special tasks that are often entrusted to her.
As part of the BNG group, she coordinated the audit procedure for ISO 27001 certification, among others.
The most exciting challenge she has faced so far is coordinating the publication of the book “STORYTELLING: Narrative in Advertising and Business” by Saatchi & Saatchi Poland Sp. z o.o.
Frank is a purpose-driven business leader focused on marketing innovations that make a difference. With more than 25 years of global experience, he has worked around the globe, namely in the United States, the UK, Germany, Poland, Hungary, Czechia, Romania, and Australia. He spent 15 years with the Publicis Groupe, most recently as Regional Client Services Director and European Business Lead on Samsung. He also served as the Marketing Director at Vodafone CZ. Prior to joining Brand New Galaxy, he led WPP’s Hogarth’s Account Management in North America. He has extensive experience in the financial, professional services, pharmaceutical, tobacco, automotive, telecommunications & media sectors.
Michał has been involved in the production of food advertising and professional product presentation for over ten years. Between 2011 and 2018, he co-created and managed Poland’s first, and one of few in Europe, table-top studio Mniam.tv.
His responsibilities also included setting up and expanding a special effects lab, supervising the work and rentals of a Highspeed Motion Control camera robot and high-speed video cameras (at the studio’s disposal). He organized the operations of a small impresario services company, uniting several advertising directors. He has cooperated with most Polish and foreign directors specializing in product films, as well as food stylists and special effects specialists. He has worked for brands like Danone, Milka, Biedronka, Wedel, Lubella and Nestle.
Lucie is a business director with over 12 years of experience in world-class FMCG companies suvh as P&G, Coty, Nestlé, and L’Oréal, and has worked at local, regional, and global levels while holding a number of positions in E-Business, digital, marketing, commercial, and primarily beauty categories.
She specializes in building brands and businesses in a digital world. Specifically, in recent years, she has developed expertise in E-retail, which is increasingly crucial to brand growth. She is passionate about integrating multiple business perspectives to produce well-rounded strategies and results. She has a collaborative leadership style and a passion for developing talents. She holds an MBA from ESSEC Business School in Paris and is trained as a professional coach.
As an accomplished marketing and commercial leader with 15 years of experience in marketing and advertising business, Marek has worked on 15 brands, 12 product categories, and 30+ markets across Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Working for industry leaders like Procter & Gamble and Google, he has gained in-depth knowledge in areas of brand building, digital, and E-commerce, proven with numerous campaigns and innovative solutions launched across brands and markets. Adaptive to change, committed to success, and always focused on results, he is an energetic leader, passionate to grow winning teams and talents.
Darko has 15 years of experience in E-commerce in Europe and the Middle East. He has worked with clients across several industries, having been based in London and Poland. Prior to joining Brand New Galaxy, he was the Global E-commerce Lead at Publicis’ Global Commerce Leadership Team, where he focused on creating new products, acquiring clients, and expanding the E-commerce operations in MEA, LATAM & APAC regions.
He moved to the then newly-established Brand New Galaxy to take on the responsibility of Business Development and to successfully attract global brands to the company, having establishedi relations that last to-date. In the past year, he has mainly focused on increasing the range of services for the MEA region, which has led to opening the company’s office in Dubai.
Nelson Disanto is a recognized specialist in E-business on a regional and global level. He is an accomplished professional with more than 15 years of experience in driving business development through innovative e-commerce strategies, campaigns, and brand digital marketing execution. Skilled in utilizing product/eCRM management, core marketing fundamentals, equity building and brand education to leading organization transformation and increase ROI. Nelson is adept at establishing and maintaining robust partnerships/relationships with industry stakeholders to promote revenue growth and market expansion in line with corporate objectives off and online.
For the past seven years, he has focused on developing and implementing innovative e-commerce strategies, executing campaigns for P&G brands, where was working for 15 years.
In 2021 Nelson has joined Global E-commerce Acceleration Team within BNG. He is responsible for the expansion of BNG Global E-commerce offering and new products and services design for the company’s strategic clients, working across the portfolio of existing BNG agencies as well as with new BNG partners. He leads senior client relations on the BNG level and supports business development for the group.
Kasia van Hall is an industry – recognized professional with over twenty years of experience in marketing, advertising. She has a diverse background in working with brands like Netflix, Phillips, Philip Morris International and Omron. She has an extensive international experience across European region (including the United Kingdom, The Netherlands, Poland, Hungary) and APAC (Japan).
Kasia managed various teams on the Client’s side, before moving into e-commerce and advertising world. She believes that any challenge can be faced if the team is well structured and trusts each other.
Kinga Barczewska-Pflanz has 12 years of experience in the IT world both on the IT and business sides. During that time, she has collected expertise in many roles starting from Software Tester and Customer Support through Business Analysis, Project Manager and Product Owner. She was a team leader in a small company, corporate environment, and growing startup. She has experience across the software production, pharmaceutical, finance, and e-commerce industries. Based on it, she combines and synthesizes different perspectives.
