Your mission, if you choose to accept it, will be: 

  • Taking part in creation of long-term social media strategies, but also short-term tactical plans for broadly recognized brands on a local, regional, and global level.
  • Finding social media centric solutions for business, communication, and commerce related challenges of our clients
  • Support agency clients in their social commerce efforts
  • Building platform related expertise for different social media platforms and populating this knowledge within the agency, it’s partners and clients.
  • Gathering and sharing case studies of brands using social media in their communication and commerce activities
  • Staying on top of SM related trends, news, and novelties
  • Preparing (powerpoint) decks and pretesting them on internal and external meetings
  • Collaborating with other departments daily (Strategy + Client Service + Creative Team) across various projects

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the Social Media field
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working in an agency environment
  • Strong familiarity with Social Media platforms
  • Ability to identify and navigate through Social Media trends 
  • Highly developed presentation skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Curiosity, open mind, and self-motivation
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Multitasking skills
  • Good English level (B2/C1)
  • Knowledge of Polish is a must
  • Media planning and buying experience will be a plus
