Your mission, if you choose to accept it, will be

  • responsibility for the development and maintenance of the system (Polish and foreign customers)
  • analysis of requirements in terms of business, functionality and technology
  • for the development team:
  • support in specifying tasks (stories, acceptance criteria, …) (Jira)
  • removal of organizational obstacles
  • preparation of project documentation (diagrams, specifications, estimates and contracts)
  • scheduling/roadmaps preparation
  • handling service requests

What you’ll need to succeed

Required:

  • min. 2 years of experience in conducting and implementing technological projects
  • knowledge of issues in the area of project management and agile methodologies
  • knowledge in the field of IT, understanding what the work of programmers is about
  • high communicativeness and ability to work in a team
  • ability to think analytically and actively solve problems
  • knowledge of English at C1 level

Desired:

  • experience in e-commerce area
  • experience in handling service requests, running a service desk
  • certificate of agile / scrum methodologies
  • knowledge of German
  • knowledge of Jira & Confluence
