Your mission, if you choose to accept it, will be:
- Responsible for local managerial entity-level reporting and pro-forma group consolidation, ensuring compliance with group policies and procedures and maintaining effective internal controls to mitigate risks related to financial reporting
- Preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and analyses for group reporting purposes based on information from Accounting and Business Controlling departments;
- Preparation of annual financial plans and monthly updates, including entity and consolidated level budgets, based on information from Business Controlling and FP&A functions;
- Implementation of control procedures to monitor the accuracy of accounts and mappings in local and group reporting systems;
- Monitoring consolidated and entity-level financial results against forecasts and budgets;
- Providing necessary assistance for Business Controlling department in preparation and reporting of Business Unit level P&Ls;
- Development and implementation of SOX compliance program across the organization and coordination with external auditors for the annual SOX audit
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in accounting or finance (preferably audit&controlling)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (US GAAP will be an advantage) and financial reporting requirements
- Experience in a multinational and fast-paced reporting environment
- Experience with SOX compliance programs
- Proficiency in Excel, experience with financial reporting software (Enova, Hyperion Financial Management, Maconomy), and data analytic tools and SQL databases will be an advantage
- Good English level (min. C1)
- Managerial experience
- ACCA certification preferred
