Your mission, if you choose to accept it, will be:
- Managing quality control over financial transactions and reporting
- Maintaining internal standards within local statutory financial statements in accordance with IFRS and group consolidation packages
- Managing financial processes to deliver transparent analytical expertise to support company and project level budgeting
- Preparation of budget and periodic forecasts, as well as deviations’ analysis
- Developing and optimizing reporting, budgeting, forecasting, profitability and KPI tracking tools
- Supporting business units in setting up project budgets, pricing policy and analyzing service, client, and project profitability
- Planning and monitoring of overhead expenses
- Developing revenue recognition standards in close cooperation with accounting department and ensuring ongoing compliance

What you’ll need to succeed:
- 4-6 years of experience in finance, preferably finance/business controlling in a project-based services international company
- Degree in finance, quantitative methods or similar
- Strong analytical and controlling skills
- Good knowledge of accounting principles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, BI tools, Maconomy will be a plus
- Working knowledge of ERP class systems
- Excellent communication skills and English proficiency (C2)
- Well organized, with a proactive approach, committed to getting things done
- Ability to smoothly cooperate with business leaders and cross-functional colleagues in an efficient manner
